Bilingual Inventory Document Control Clerk Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:30pm)
  • Monitor all Inventory transfers, to ensure that documents are submitted correctly and that the required action is taken depending on request.
  • Adjust the address/ship via to pick tickets with MIS department when needed.
  • Manage company pickups, by updating a daily schedule with all expected pickups and schedules.
  • Contact UPS/Fed Ex or LTL to track, intercept or Expedite Shipments as needed.
  • Assist shipping to coordinate Logistics for direct shipments, international, and FTL shipments.
  • Review missing Inventory for all orders or B/O and assign these to customers Care to be De-Allocated.
  • Create internet purchase orders for supplies as needed. Monitor all miscellaneous locations to ensure accuracy of the inventory such as: rework, repairs, repairs, EMB, Plant 3, etc.
  • Cross reference all information and contact necessary departments involved to submit a claim from either UPS or Fed Ex for any missing or damaged product. Initiate/dispute lost shipments.
  • Reconcile LTL invoices. Reconcile and update Direct shipments in Virtual warehouse

Bilingual Inventory Document Control Clerk Qualifications:

  • Bilingual-Spanish/English
  • Must have 2+years of Inventory cycle counts
  • Experience with UPS/FedEx
  • BOL's knowledge

  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
