I’m currently partnering with a nationwide consumer services company looking to recruit an Employment and Litigation Paralegal for their growing legal team. Since the company was founded in 2019 it has experienced huge growth and now has over 100 locations in more than 40 states. Their current revenue exceeds $2 billion and this continues to grow.

I’m looking to speak with paralegals with more than five years‘ experience with experience in Employment and Litigation. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to join a growing legal department. You will report into the Chief Legal Officer and works closely with other members of the legal team and senior management.

The company has a high-energy work environment, filled with bright and driven leaders.

This role can be based in either Dallas or Tampa. The position is majority in-office work, with some hybrid or remote work.

Responsibilities in the role include:

  • Assist in the preparation of cease and desist letters, position statements, and other documents.
  • Interview witnesses.
  • Perform and summarize legal research.
  • Manage outside counsel.
  • Attend mediations, depositions, and other court proceedings.
  • Support the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel in various other matters.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Department in its efforts to support the other departments throughout the company.

Experience needed:

  • High school diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Five years or more as a certified paralegal working on employment law matters.
  • In-house experience preferred, but not necessary.
