Route Sales Representative

_ $50,000 guaranteed base salary (non-recoverable draw) paid biweekly with commissions in excess of 50k paid monthly. _

_ 15% commission plus mileage reimbursement up to $950 per month and great company-sponsored benefits. _

As Route Sales Representative, you will:
Join a manufacturer of toys and collectables
Receive complete training
Be assigned a local territory and support existing customers within your territory
Visit existing customers within your assigned territory (specialty stores, grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations and convenience stores, etc.)
Ensure all stores are fully stocked with company-branded merchandise
Restock items when supply is low
Promote and present new products, including specialty seasonal merchandise
Answer questions and address inquiries as they arise
Take, enter and process new orders
Take pictures of store displays at each location
Uphold established merchandising standards
Learn to run routine and special reports
Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:
Route Sales, Outside Sales and/or Territory Sales experience
Experience prospecting for new orders and new accounts

With:
The ability to use an iPad
A Valid Driver's License
A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:
CPG Sales experience
Toy and/or Gift Sales experience
