JOB SUMMARY

Our Customer Success Coordinator works directly with our customers via Zoom, phone, SMS, email and Zendesk. They answer questions, provide basic product support, and relay important feedback to the accounting team. Successful team members are self-starters who can jump in and learn quickly. Ideal candidates understand how an excellent customer experience contributes to the success of the company. A positive attitude and an even better set of people skills are musts. Ideal candidates will also be able to handle fast-moving, high-pressured situations while remaining calm and collected. Being a part of our Customer Success Team affords the opportunity to work and learn many different aspects of our growing company.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience using QuickBooks Online would be a plus
