A Customer Success Leader who will ensure our customers get the most possible value from our technology, data solutions and consulting services. Customers may include building product manufacturers, home builders, and energy raters.
Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic value of our data solutions working closely with the leadership team, our customers and prospects, and key industry stakeholders.
Guide customers through the entire lifecycle from discovery meetings, building a solution toolkit, and onboarding on to Ekotrope.
Build and maintain strategic and productive relationships with various contacts at each customer company to ensure their satisfaction and help identify additional service opportunities.
Provide training, technical assistance, and consulting support to ensure our clients are successful leveraging our data and technology.
Be the voice of the customer within Ekotrope, championing and testing new ideas and making sure resources are allocated to achieve customer success.
Ideally, you have the following (though not all are necessary)
Experience:
- Demonstrable past success in building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships and leadership experience
- 5 - 10+ years in customer oriented roles - from consulting, customer success, sales, business development or other customer focused roles
- 2+ years experience in the residential new construction industry and/or energy efficiency industries
- e.g. building product manufacturing, home building, data services, energy rating
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to create and manage projects
- Good understanding of technology around software and data

- Analytical mindset and passion for tracking success through metrics
- Ability to absorb and analyze large amounts of new complex information and to build expertise in new industry areas

Compensation
Combination of Salary and Stock Options commensurate with skills and experience.
Ekotrope offers a full benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance and a 401K program.
Work Hours
While there is some flexibility, our expectation is that you would work about 40 hours per week and roughly match our Monday-Friday 9-5 Eastern Time working hours, especially our morning Scrum meetings at 9:45am ET.

We have a hybrid work environment where employees can work remotely or at our office in Downtown Boston, steps from South Station (or both).
