Job Description Summary
As a Staff Software Architect - Test, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap of our test frameworks and leading the implementation of that roadmap (through framework development, code reviews, etc). In addition, you will play a lead role in the verification of our CT software.

Job Description
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Understand the current test framework and develop a roadmap to support its current and future needs

Review the test code from software developers to ensure adherence to the framework roadmap and best practices

Improve the test development process

Decrease the overall Verification and Validation cycle by increasing automated tests and reducing the time the automated testing takes

Improve the reliability of the verification tests

Reduce the manual interactions needed to execute automated tests by building out the continuous testing infrastructure

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development

At least 5 years of experience in an object-oriented programming language (e.g. Java, Python)

At least 2 years of experience writing automated tests (e.g. Selenium)
