Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and Develop: Create and implement full-stack software solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Azure, SQL Server, Power Apps, and Power BI.
  • PLM Administration: Administer the Aras PLM platform and facilitate integrations with ERP and engineering applications.
  • Data Integration Management: Oversee the Alteryx data integration platform to meet the analytical needs of various business units.
  • Database Management: Ensure high availability and security of SQL Server databases.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a skilled team of developers focused on application and database support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to gather and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Code Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and practices.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance software development processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents and user guides.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The role requires a dynamic individual capable of adapting to changing environments and managing competing demands. The physical demands of the position include regular sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
