REQUIREMENTS-

Our Ideal candidate will be skilled at providing professional consultations, have knowledge of laser treatments and injectables, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills and the ability to serve our clients with a pleasant, professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Our clinic managers establish relationships with new clients and think long-term with our existing clients. Our clinic managers are also team players, overseeing a staff of one to four technicians who perform laser and other procedures, perform treatments, and assist with all clinic duties. Experience is Med Spa, Laser Hair Removal and Beauty Industry preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing 1-3 Laser Technicians
  • One-on-one consultations with customers
  • Recommending treatment packages
  • Educating each client about our services
  • Creating a clean, professional, and inviting atmosphere
  • Heavy focus on client video testimonials and reviews

We offer a generous base pay + bonus structure compensation package for our Clinic Managers. All team members can earn Pay for Performance days to use at their discretion. After 90 days, we offer insurance, paid holidays, and other perks including free and employee-priced medspa procedures.
