Clinical Trial Associate II

Job Description

As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will be providing support and managing the trial status to ensure efficient trial management. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the eTMF, assisting with its setup and maintenance, and ensuring its readiness for audits/inspections. You will also assist with the development of eTMF processes, identify operational efficiency improvements, and serve as the primary contact for eTMF-related support. Additionally, you will be involved in study-specific activities, such as document management, meeting coordination, and direct communication with investigative sites to manage regulatory documents and study supplies. Your role will extend to supporting the Clinical Trial Manager and other team leaders by assisting in various study reports, updates, and planning project-specific meetings.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience, ideally experience at a biopharma sponsor company

  • Must have established experience in the Microsoft Office programs

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with Trial Interactive eTMF, preferred
