Write copy that grabs attention across our social media platforms, ensuring voice and messaging are compelling and consistent across channels.
Develop compelling stories on our social media channels that captivate and inspire a mass audience to engage with art history.
Work across platforms, format, and channel, including video, audio, written copy, and, on occasion, interactives and quizzes, short-form video, ideating and scripting (alongside colleagues across the department and wider).
Cultivate a strong and active community around our brand by fostering open, engaging, and respectful conversations and encouraging user-generated content.
Engage with our audience across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner that’s consistent with our brand voice and appropriate to the channel in question.
Monitor social media channels for mentions of the National Gallery and relevant topics, and leverage insights to inform content and engagement strategies.
