Supply Chain Intern, Walmart

*This role will sit in our offices in Bentonville, AR*

Part-time: 15-20 hours per week

Job Summary

This position works closely with and supports the Shearer s Salty Snacks Replenishment Manager on the Walmart Team. This role is responsible for assisting with select daily Supply Chain analytics and KPI s.

Your Seat at the Table:

Reporting Goal: Identify opportunities that result in higher service, orders & POS thru basic but detailed reporting.

Monitor Zero Sales Store reporting weekly; communicate exceptionsMonitor POS Trait vs Valid vs POS Store counts weekly; communicate exceptionsMonitor Store/Item level In-stocks weekly; communicate exceptionsAs needed, track PO s for critical events like:LTO sDisplaysMod New ItemsMonitor Item/DC/Plant Orders weekly; communicate exceptionsOTIF: Track On-Time & Ready and In-Full ; communicate opportunitiesSQEP: Provide pics of non-compliant issues to Ops VPs to help them root causeCPMU: Update POS reports for Quality Managers to use on CPMU communicationsAdditionally, this Internship will be exposed to all areas of how the Team supports the Walmart business:Commercial TeamReplenishmentCategory Management / AdvisorsQuality

What you Bring to the Table:

Currently enrolled in a 4 year degree program and/or Retail Link Analyst Certification programReflect Shearer s core values of Respect, Teamwork & Better TogetherDriver s License is requiredProficient in Windows systemsExcel: pivots, v-look-ups, formulas, formatting, etc.PowerPoint & WordIdeally, some exposure to Walmart systemsRetail Link, LuminateMust possess a positive can-do attitudeMust be able to stay composed while under pressureMust be organized and have strong communication and follow up skillsMust possess a strong sense of urgency in daily task
