Job Summary

Provide general support to a DoD client directly supporting an Executive level staff and multiple program offices. Coordinate across program offices and DoN organizations; manage dashboards in the facilitation of data calls, assigned actions, and recurring meetings; coordinate and orchestrate meetings and events; and track and manage general workplace maintenance/ repairs. Develop and maintain relationships and collaborate across the organization to track and support the completion of data calls and assigned actions. Orchestrate meetings, to include, those supporting the gathering information from across the organization to support the development of cohesive products for Executive use and situational awareness.

Telework is supported at 10%. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manages facilities coordination, Navy ERP management, Purchase Card Requests, ACTR, and Safety/Emergency Response.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

  • Outstanding verbal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels and functional areas in theorganization.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint)
  • Ability to manage and operate SharePoint databases, action trackers, and permissions.
  • Basic safety knowledge for facilities maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Problem analysis/problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail/accuracy.
  • Initiative and adaptability.
  • Professionalism and bearing, to include, while interacting with Flag officers, senior executives, distinguished visitors, and senior civilian personnel.
  • Maintain professional demeaner while handling challenging situations.
  • Familiarity DoD, DoN, ASN, OPNAV, SPAWAR, PEO C4I, and Program Office constructs.
  • Familiarity with OPNAV Tasker Version 5 (TV5) data call management system.

Education Requirements

BS/BA in business administration, operations management, or relevant field
