As a Customer Success Manager with a marketing focus, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them maximize the value of our marketing solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives, optimize their strategies, and ensure they achieve success. Your role will involve both relationship management and strategic marketing consultation, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries and support.
    •    Marketing Strategy Consultation: Provide strategic marketing guidance to clients, helping them optimize their use of our products/services to achieve their marketing goals, including increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
    •    Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are effectively trained and equipped to use our marketing tools and services to their full potential.
    •    Campaign Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze clients’ marketing campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven results.
    •    Client Success Planning: Develop and execute customized success plans for each client, aligning our offerings with their specific marketing objectives and business needs.
    •    Marketing Content Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver educational content, such as webinars, case studies, and best practices, to help clients optimize their marketing efforts.
    •    Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback on our marketing tools and services, and work closely with the product and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
    •    Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that align with clients’ marketing needs, contributing to revenue growth.
    •    Customer Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate within the company, ensuring that client feedback and needs are communicated and addressed by relevant teams.
    •    Churn Reduction: Proactively identify at-risk clients and implement strategies to prevent churn by addressing their marketing challenges and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
