The lively and inspiring Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is searching for a talented full-time Line Cook ll to join their team at Harvest Bistro 

This resort holds 1,000 stunning rooms, offering multiple food and beverage options to our guests, featuring artfully crafted cuisine from scratch – delivering an unforgettable experience and elevated experience.

Harvest Bistro offers a casual dining environment featuring simply prepared American classics for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All dishes are made with the finest farm-fresh ingredients and prepared with meticulous detail.

Ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate, hardworking, and has a minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience. Knowledge of cooking temperature is a requirement. Prior culinary experience within hotel operations is preferred.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed including weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook ll, you would be responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Prepare cold food items including, but not limited to, salads, fruits, dressings, fish items and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner Ensure knowledge of menu and food products Stock and maintain designated food stations(s) Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations Requirements
