Operations Processor

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for entering data given to the operations team by the Logistics and Accounting teams. The Operations Processor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operational tasks within the organization. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The Operations Processor will primarily be responsible for heavy 10-key data entry and processing, requiring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry and Processing:

    • Perform accurate and timely data entry using a 10-key numeric keypad.

    • Process various types of data, including financial transactions, customer information, and operational records.

    • Ensure data integrity and adherence to established protocols and guidelines.

  2. Microsoft Office Proficiency:

    • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to perform routine tasks and generate reports.

    • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas, formatting, and data manipulation, is required.

  3. Documentation and Recordkeeping:

    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all processed transactions and activities.

    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to operational procedures and workflows.

  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular quality checks on processed data to identify and correct errors.

    • Follow established quality assurance protocols to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of Data Entry or Office Administrative Experience

  • Must have the following skills: Data Entry, Excel, Outlook, 10 Key Typing

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position in Salt Lake City, Utah.
