Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Package Review and Verification: Review all documentation from approved indirect dealerships to confirm necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with SCCU Business Development Managers (BDM) and dealership staff, communicating with them regarding missing information, quote loan payoffs, and fund delays.
  • Loan File Auditing and Maintenance: Review and audit loan files and membership applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal security/information security practices.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ability to work well under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of six months of experience in a clerical field, in a financial institution preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel, and calculators.
  • Organizational Skills: Must possess good organizational skills with the ability to file accurately and quickly.
  • Adaptability: Must be able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adhere to a flexible schedule.
Working Conditions

Approximate working time is spent as follows:

  • 50% Organize incoming loan packages from dealerships (paper and electronically) to prepare for funding and auditing.
  • 20% Communications (phone, email, LOS) with dealerships, SCCU BDM's, staff on fund delays, status updates, etc.
  • 15% Prepare files for auditing and scanning.
  • 15% Auditing funded files.
