Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will convert sealant and coating products from large drums into various-sized bottles and containers. The process involves hooking up drums to a machine that pumps liquid into the specified bottles. You will hold bottles to the spout for filling, label and package them for shipment, and ensure order sheets match production output. Responsibilities include accurate labeling, packaging, and counting of products, and occasionally adding other components to shipping bags or boxes. You will complete 200-400 bottles per day, depending on material and bottle size. At the end of your shift, you will clean and organize your station for the next operator.

Work Environment
Shift: M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm
PPE: Steel Toe Required
The environment is clean, climate-controlled, and inclusive. Operators sit or stand at designated stations and can have a radio at a noise-minimum level. Weekly safety training, anniversary and birthday recognition, and community service activities are provided. One ear-bud is allowed outside of training. Awareness of hazard code labels and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures are mandatory.
