Key Responsibilities

  • Read and understand production orders to meet customer demands.
  • Manually handle materials with care and attention to detail.
  • Complete accurate documentation for materials produced to maintain quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management to achieve production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, free from debris and hazards.
Requirements
  • Understand and demonstrate competence in all aspects of safe and efficient manufacturing.
  • Demonstrate a safety-oriented mindset and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production goals.
  • Exhibit good customer orientation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and quality in workmanship.
  • Be dependable and reliable in meeting production deadlines.
  • Be energetic and motivated to contribute to team success.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns are required.
  • Able to read a tape measure and lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis.
  • Forklift and crane experience are a plus, with the ability to be trainable on these pieces of equipment.
  • Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed.
