What will you do?

The Senior Director Program Management Office oversees Process Automation Offer Lifecycle Management programs and leads cross-functional Continuous Improvement programs to ensure they meet customer satisfaction, quality, time to market, development expenses, and product cost goals. They are responsible for managing all project activities from initiation to closure across all functions.

The ideal candidate possesses transformational leadership skills, a successful track record in leading complex global programs and projects, and the ability to drive a focused growth strategy in a competitive marketplace. They should demonstrate an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and inclusive leadership approach, with a proven ability to develop outstanding teams and drive commitment and performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead Offer Lifecycle Program Management and secure commitment from project stakeholders to achieve Time to Market and Profit targets.
  • Oversee the operational project portfolio, ensuring progress, managing costs, and forecasting sales volume and profitability.
  • Structure and lead the Programs and Program Managers team to ensure the right capacity and competency.
  • Guide and motivate Project/Program Managers, lead decision-making processes, and synchronize projects for consistent launches.
  • Organize local project management experience capitalization, communicate, and ensure sustainability, while supporting and participating in the Agile transformation journey.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Typically 10+ years experience in Project Management
  • Preferably an Engineer or Masters degree with field experience
  • Proven track record in Project Management, scheduling, finance, and new product/solutions development.
  • Broad understanding of disciplines involved in projects and experience in lean and agile processes
  • Effective communicator, emotionally intelligent, and open to fostering a "team" approach
  • Exhibits entrepreneurial drive, creates organizational urgency, and is a strong team player with adaptability in a fast-paced, complex, and growing global business
  • Possess an analytical mindset, creativity, sense of customer urgency, and ability to work in multicultural environments
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to develop and collaborate on strategies for sustained, profitable growth, understanding mission-critical technical and functional skills
  • Successful experience in Design to Cost
