HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Lead a team by setting the vision, removing roadblocks, and coaching for success.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:
  • Develop sales talent to help build future talent for Hilton.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of professional experience.
  • Seven (7) years of work experience in Hotel Sales, either on or above property.
  • Four (4) years of leadership experience, e.g. leading sales teams, projects, or holding leadership roles on industry relations committees or boards.
  • Knowledge of the group travel industry.
  • Travel up to 10%.

It would be useful if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • In-depth knowledge of Delphi or similar property sales management systems.
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFCM).
