I am working with a Women's Luxury Brand that is seeking a part time stock/ops associate for their Madison Ave store.

Position Title: Operations Associate
Schedule: 3 days per week â 2 week days & 1 week end day 11:30 am â 6:30 pm

Start: ASAP

Rate: $22/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging interactive experience with clients
  • Resolve customer service issues and ensure customer needs are being met
  • Maintain clean working environment and ensure presentation of product is consistent to standard
  • Serve as point of contact for product knowledge
  • Stocking and restocking of shelves/displays
  • Product merchandising
  • Running product
  • Assisting sales associates on the floor as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience (luxury is a plus)
  • able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on feet for extended periods of time
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Can work independently and collaboratively
