The Headlines:

In the role of Customer Marketing Associate working in Chicago, IL, you will help craft our brands’ story for key customers at Molson Coors, which means bringing them to life at retail and changing the way America enjoys beer. You’ll get to operate as a business owner of some of America’s most iconic brands, effectively blending the art & science of customer marketing – all while having over 300 years of brewing heritage behind you. 

 

The Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance will be key as you support both internal and external resources in the creation of the customer marketing programs, and specifically, tradeshow executions from concept all the way to execution
  • As a strong strategic thinker, you will play a vital role in developing internal and external facing selling materials
  • Your thirst for knowledge will position you for success with your contributions to channel specific initiatives for our brands
  • In marketing, meeting deadlines is of paramount importance – your clear, cogent direction will facilitate assisting with all the elements of customer marketing programs, especially how they come to life within our customers’ four walls
  • You will assist in the achievement and tracking of customer programming performance

 

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or other relevant field OR equivalent (2+ years) progressive experience
  • You love a challenge – you complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy  
  • You are confident and competent – you are diplomatic, professional, and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business 
  • You are serious about results and take pride in a proven track record of successful results
  • Working knowledge of market sales & performance reporting data resources such as Business Objects, Margin Miner, Circana…etc. will provide you with a strong platform to uncover insights & track performance
