Seasonal Engagement Associate- Contact Center

Job Description:

We are currently hiring Seasonal Engagement Associates to act as an information and engagement source supporting our employees during the initial 90 days of employment to ensure an atmosphere that fosters continuous growth and promotes positive company culture.

This is a fully remote role expected to run through the end of December 2024.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7AM to 4PM Mountain Time, flexibility to work overtime is requested.

Key areas of responsibility:

 • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring they feel welcome and integrated into the company culture

• Entrench in early employee life cycle on a regular basis to impact the employee experience, promote the Sagility culture, and to gauge identify leading to attrition.

• Serve as a point of contact to the employee to find and resolve any needs that may come up prior to Production.

• Conduct surveys and gather feedback from employees to understand their needs and interests and use this information to shape future engagement efforts.

• Identify and make recommendations for areas of improvement in all departments involved in the first 90 days of employment.

• Report feedback and influence departmental change to positively impact retention.

• Ensure and monitor adherence to client specific compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with the appropriate department to address employee concerns for those potentially in the “risk zone”.

• Coordinate engagement of functional teams during training.

• Model rewards and recognition for achievements, exceptional work etc.

• Coordinate and ensure personal contact via phone for any no call no show employees during the first 90 days.

• Conduct and update the welcoming and new hire orientation program to ensure positive feedback.

• Manage the new hire orientation process and presentation materials.

• Educate all new hire on the voice of employee program and communications.

• Act as a cultural role model and drive accountability for exhibiting behaviors aligned to our core values.

Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Professional Qualifications: Strong Customer Service Background

Specialized Skills: Proficient in Microsoft tools, demonstrates effective English written and verbal communication skills, demonstrates decision making and problem-solving ability, proven project management skills, experience with analyzing data and reporting.

Salary Range: $15.00 Hourly
