The Staff Accountant is responsible for keeping records, maintaining financial reports and ledgers, preparing budgets, filing billing, and completing general accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities.Job Description
  • Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
  • Maintain and update records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Month end close 
  • Audits 
  • Financial Reporting 

Job Requirements
  • Bachelorâs degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Advanced accounting and bookkeeping software experience including Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of general accounting principles

 

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $32.00 Per Hour
