Job Summary

This role is part of the Technology team, serving as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, responsible for delivering complex projects and initiatives in an Agile environment. The Agile Program Manager will collaborate with various teams across the Client Technology organization, ensuring that technical requirements are clearly understood and met on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between multiple technical teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly documented and understood.

• Manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Scrum planning, Refinement, Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.

• Work closely with product teams, technical teams, project managers, and other Scrum Masters to align on deliverables.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements and project milestones.

• Document key technical processes, including design, dependencies, and mapping of technical workflows.

• Escalate risks and issues as needed to mitigate project delays.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in an equivalent Agile role.

• Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Jira.

• Strong ability to align project and program objectives with broader business goals.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-oriented environment.

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
