Mission:

Ensure implementation of the territory’s Quality Strategic Plan in accordance with the strategic direction of the Antolin North America Executive Committee and Corporate Quality Function.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation of the territory’s Quality strategic plan in accordance with the strategic direction of the GANA Executive Committee and Corporate Quality Function.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction thru management and improvement of territorial quality systems and resolution of customer issues.
  • Assist plants with customer meetings and provide direction/mentoring with problem solving.
  • Support Plant Quality functions to ensure consistent, standardized approach with regard to plant metrics and improvement plans.
  • Ensure Manufacturing best practices are communicated and implemented throughout all territorial facilities.
  • Assist with and ensure consistent implementation of the GA production system across all territorial facilities.
  • Able to ensure that all quality systems in the plants are aligned toward achieving overall strategic goals; continually communicate and reinforce the highest priority strategic initiatives to keep the plants focused on the right things; hold others accountable for meeting the needs of the total business rather than optimizing the performance of only their plant
  • Ensure the quality system is established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with TS 16949 requirements 
  • Interface with customer quality representatives concerning problems with product quality and assure that effective corrective actions are implemented.
  • Develop a proactive culture for continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.
  • Completes other job related tasks as assigned

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required. Tax focus is preferred

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a Quality function within the automotice sector

  • 3 to 5 years of direct supervisory experience

  • Ability to sit, stand, and has mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed
  • Ability to conduct computer work or engage in discussion with employees
