Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Support capital projects by performing administrative tasks related to invoicing and facilitation of approvals, calendaring, memo creation, entering, updating, researching, verifying and/or retrieving data into/from various systems; and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.Assist Project Managers in reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters, documents and correspondence; collecting and analyzing information and initiating communications.Support the preparation of status reports and other project reports and presentations for Project Managers to share information with organizational leadership, project teams and client/customer groups.Research and prepare confidential and sensitive documents. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Assist with the tracking and management of project timelines and requirement gathering, obtaining quotes from vendors and subcontractors based upon project scope, project costs, resources (drawings, materials, etc.), issues, changes and risks.Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Regular attendance and punctuality are required.

Job Specifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years' experience in an office setting and reliable transportation are required.Prior experience in an accounting function strongly preferred.Highly detail oriented.Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders including plant personnel, leadership and vendors.Strong PC skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

Office environment.Traveling up to 10% of the time.Evening and weekend work required as needed to attend meetings, summits and other events.
