Responsibilities:

Provide timely and professional technical support to customers via email, or in-person.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
Help take and maintain inventory of hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
Educate internal users on proper computer usage and preventive maintenance techniques.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
Assist with testing and evaluating new hardware and software products.

Requirements:

Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), and antivirus tools.
Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
