MustHaveRequirements:

  • Over 5years of IT experience supporting Supply Chain operations in theLife Science orPharmaceuticalindustries.
  • 5 yearsof handson experience with NetSuite specificallyin Inventory Management Supply/DemandPlanning and Procure to Payprocesses.
  • A minimumof 3 years supporting the FUUZsystem.
  • StrongProject Management and BusinessAnalyst skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksand prioritizeeffectively.

JobResponsibilities:

  • Providetechnofunctional expertise for theimplementation and support of NetSuite andFUUZ Supply Chainsystems.
  • OverseeChange and Release Management to ensure systemsremain in a compliantstate.
  • Collaboratewith business teams to define detailed user requirements conductgap analysis and develop testscripts.
  • Educatebusiness users and vendors on IT Change Control and SDLC processesensuringcompliance.
  • Act as aliaison between endusers and thirdpartyvendors.
  • Troubleshootsystem issues and work with vendors to ensure timelyresolution.
  • Continuouslyseek improvements by staying updated on new systemfunctionalities.
  • Managesystem users roles and permissions withinNetSuite and integratedsystems.
  • Monitorand maintain system integrations to ensure smoothoperations.
  • Performbasic System Administration tasks for integratedSupply Chain systems (e.g. user management jobmonitoring).
  • Lead andmanage projects and initiatives ensuring they are delivered on timewithin scope and withinbudget.
  • Build andmaintain relationships with stakeholders vendors and implementationpartners.

NicetoHaveSkills:

  • 3 yearsof experience in Supply and Demand Planningusing SAP IBP is highlydesirable.
  • Familiaritywith TraceLink is aplus.

SoftSkills:

  • Quicklearner with the ability to grasp and convey information aboutmultiple ITsystems.
  • Strongability to work within a crossfunctional team ina fastpaced environment with minimalsupervision.
