Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Analyst who is proficient in SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Tableau to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building out campaign automations, optimizing fan journeys, and visualizing marketing analytics to drive actionable insights.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to engage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing automation strategies.
  • Design and implement data-driven segmentation strategies to personalize marketing communications and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage SQL to extract customer data from our internal data warehouse, allowing for the creation of highly targeted email lists based on specific criteria defined by decision-makers.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc., to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize marketing analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continually improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign automation, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying complex, historical data sets and data manipulation
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is an exempt (salary) position. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
