Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education And/Or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 years related experience and/or training.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Louisiana Gaming License, LACT and/or TIPS card required.

Additional Duties/ Job Dimensions Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established by Bally’s from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Bally’s Attendance Policy. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends and holiday periods.
