Genesis10 is seeking a UI/UX Designer & Developer for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for ongoing development, maintenance, and support of existing systems and platforms. This position provides thought leadership and champions software architecture, software engineering best practices, innovative solutioning and Agile and Dev Ops best practices.
This work will be starting with Rebranding work. The work will involve adjusting templates and apply branding updates for reporting packages and pre-built templates through that - enhancing the dashboards with JavaScript, developing/updating templates in their BI environment in which there are 100's, and will also assist with peer reviews to meet UI/UX standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring technology solutions are designed to meet resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional, and operational readiness use cases.
  • Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance, and support for UI focused work as it relates to the rebranding initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and champion software engineering best practices, innovative solutioning and Agile and Dev Ops best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 8 years of extensive technical experience in variety of application development or package software implementations
  • Proven experience with multiple development and support methodologies. Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team.

Technical Requirements:
  • UI - Designer/Developer
  • JavaScript
  • CSS

Nice to Have:
  • Cognos or other BI Tool experience
  • Python
  • DevOps and Automation Experience

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
