Supervise senior members of the Office of HIV/AIDS in the execution of duties; oversees and adjudicates staff performance.
Provide leadership to set a tone for a respectful and inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility within the Office of HIV/AIDS, the Bureau for Global Health, and the Agency.
Externally represent USAID’s Office of HIV/AIDS to promote and advance USAID health, HIV, and development objectives and priorities, with the PEPFAR interagency, multilateral organizations, and other sector-specific networks and communities.
Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) about health, HIV, and development programs to a wide range of audiences, including those who have limited experience or understanding the topics.
