We are currently seeking a [[Field Services Project Technician]] to join our team in [[Atlanta]], [[Georgia]], [[USA]].

Overview:
Working at our main Staging Center in Atlanta, you will be part ofthe project team that images, quality checks, and prepares devices for installs. You will also work with clients to schedule and install the devices you prepare at client sites throughtout the state.


Duties:

  • Imaging, quality checking, inventory tracking, andpreparing new assets for deployment to end clients
  • Travel between sites will be required.
  • Execute service delivery by performing Installs
  • Coordinate with client end users on expectations,schedule of availability, and process and procedures
  • Meet Service Level Agreements on all services performed
  • Update system of record for delivery of Incidents,Requests, and Refresh
  • Update asset management information for assetsreceiving services
  • Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist increating action plans as well as following action plans
  • Utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge to conduct installs
  • Escalate to Field Services Supervisor issues that globally impact the end user environment
  • Continuously improve both individual and team technical skills and knowledge through knowledge share.
  • Must be able to pass GBI fingerprinting/backgound checkand Georgia DOR tax clearance within 30 days of hire date

 

You Must Have:

  • 3 years' experience providing desktop support in person
  • 3 years' experience installing, modifying, and updating Windows
  • 3 years' experience imaging desktops and laptops

 

Nice to Have:

  • A+ certification desired, but not required.

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $30,000 to $55,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
