- Must have Senior Living project management experience.
- Minimum 4 years construction experience
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.
- Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
- Compensation: $100K-$115K. plus bonuses, open for discussion and dependent on experience
