Hills Assisted Living and Enhanced Care. As the RN, you will oversee education for resident care providers and medication assistants.
You will be able to have a positive impact on the lives of your team of care staff as well as our residents and family members.*Responsibilities
- RN is responsible for the satisfactory performance of medication assistants in regard to nurse delegation.
- Responsible to instruct, train, mentor, and teach all medication assistants and resident care providers in regard to nurse delegations and continuing education.
- Complete facility nursing assessment within 30 days of all new residents admits and review every 90 days thereafter.
- Be the primary point of contact for clinical provider communication*Qualifications
- Must be qualified by the requirements set forth in the standard practice for Registered Nurses in the state of Oregon.
- Have compassion and an interest in caring for elderly residents.
- Be willing to continue learning and improving skills.Job Types:
