 Responsibilities:
  • This position is responsible for processing all payments for goods and services necessary for the companyâs operation
  • Ability to enter, code and process all invoices into computer system
  • Sort all invoices by divisions
  • Processing all checks
  • Ensuring all invoices receive proper approval
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payments, reconciling AP Statements, ensuring invoices have been received and keyed into the system.
  • Special projects as needed

 

Qualifications
  • NetSuite experience a MUST
  • Excellent, communication, customer service and time management skills are essential
  • Good organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • General knowledge of accounting and understanding general ledger accounts and how they relate to invoices
  • Ability to type at least 40 wpm
  • Assertive and able to work in a fast paced environment, independently
  • Strong follow-up and completion skills
