    Job Description

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design ideas and concepts.Design user interfaces with a focus on simplicity, usability, and accessibility, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements and ensure that design solutions meet both user needs and business goals.Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback, identify issues, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.8+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience with user research methods and usability testing.Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
