Responsibilities:

· Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Selenium to ensure high-quality software delivery.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications.

· Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and practices within the development team.

· Contribute to the overall architecture strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

· Designing and implementing high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives and drive innovation.

· Evaluate various frameworks – evaluate and standardize and recommend and perform POC for various industry standard tools

· Work as Scrum master and drive high performing Agile teams.

· Supports automation script development and the optimization of those scripts.

· Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality

· Create a standard framework for Functional Automation, Performance Testing and Security and Penetration Testing.

· Present technical documentation for review by peers and Development community.

· Develop automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity, and reusability

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· 14+ years of experience in designing, developing & maintaining test automation frameworks using various design patterns and industry-standard tools & frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, Karate, Rest-assured, and Cucumber.

· Proficient in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, C#, Python etc.

· Experience in Build Automation Tools like Maven, CI Tools like Jenkins DevOps pipeline.

· Experience in GitHub & SVN for version control.

· Experience in API Testing using postman and Rest Assured.

· Expertise in validating Micro-services and Restful API services using tools like Postman

· Proficient in working within Agile- SAFe methodologies. Will work as Scrum Master in managing the offshore teams and liaising with the product teams.

· Expertise in creating comprehensive test strategies and plans across the enterprise

· Exposure to performance testing & performance monitoring tool like AppDynamics, Splunk etc

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

· Exposure to GEN AI platforms (nice to have)

· Proficiency on K2View (nice-to-have)
