Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Global Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at SCIEX. As a key member of our Global Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations and strategies for our global functions, including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Sr. Director, Global FP&A to provide financial guidance and support to senior leaders across global functions.
  • Prepare and maintain planning schedules for budget and forecast cycles, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
  • Provide timely weekly and monthly expense reporting, variances to forecast, and comparative analysis to prior fiscal year.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design, maintain, and utilize visual dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and/or Accounting or a related degree (CPA, CMA, or MBA highly desirable).
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems, Visualization software).
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, data visualization tools).
  • Strong analytical modeling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a highly technical, fast-paced environment with clear and effective communication capabilities.
  • Experience working in a global environment as a finance partner to various functions.
  • Effectively communicating and presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
