Make Your Mark:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Business Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our internal operations and supporting the achievement of our strategic goals. You will act as a chief of staff to the SVP of Cloud Engineering and Operations. You will wear many hats, leveraging your business acumen and technical understand to identify areas for improvement, implement efficient processes and ensure seamless collaboration across the Cloud organization.

You'll Get To:

The Cloud Business Operations Manager will be a key part of the leadership team focused on process, metrics/KPI's, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:

Work closely with the SVP of Cloud Engineering and Operations on strategy and help run day to day business activities of the cloud organizationAnalyze and improve business and technical processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessGenerate insightful reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, and produce presentations for use in executive meetings and organizational needsManage process and organization transformation & cultural change management programs, ensure proper communications of changes and regular communication on activities around the cloud organization and customersWork with cloud leadership to provide oversight on key projects and cross functional initiativesSupport with vendor management, procurement and receiving activities and ROI analysis of key investments and forecastingWork with our Infosec team to track cloud security metrics and incidents and partner on security policies and proceduresIdentify and mitigate operational risks to OKR's and ProjectsCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Engineering, Product and PMO organizations)
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 2-4 years of industry experienceProven track record of successfully identifying and implementing process improvementsExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management methodologiesExperience with business intelligence tools and data analysisFamiliarity with common tech industry workflows and toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Salary Range:

USD $131,000.00 - USD $174,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
