Order Management:

  • Verify order details and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Experience with quotes or invoices is a huge plus
  • Experience with billing or similiar details is a plus
Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about products, services, and order status.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively.
Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Prepare order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documents.
Problem-Solving:
  • Resolve order discrepancies and returns.
  • Work with internal teams to address customer issues.
Customer Relationship:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or order processing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office.
