8K a year Our Behavior Technicians make an incredible difference working with children on the autism spectrum.
You'll start your day playing and encouraging little learners, while incorporating targets from their treatment plans.
You'll implement a variety of goals to increase desirable skills and decrease challenging behaviors.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.

You'll always be working 1:
1 with a client, no group billing.
Requirements High School Diploma required Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred (but not required) Relevant experience working with children with special needs is preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass a caregiver's background check We can't be the leader in autism treatment for children without you.
