  • Lead the dispatch team (8+ Dispatchers and drivers)
  • Help handle all related dispatch activities as needed, i.e. training, problem jobs, etc.
  • Cover the driver / IC payroll as needed
  • Dispatch all jobs to drivers quickly and accurately
  • Communicate with Control Towers,airlines and vendors with status updates
    as required
  • Document and escalate all problems/situations as per company policy
    and procedures
  • Report vehicle accidents/driver incidents immediately to Manager/HR
  • Help schedule and manage staff & vehicle repairs and equipment
  • Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, Hours 9am-5pm
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of Dispatch Experience for 3PL
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Working knowledge Dangerous Goods
