Job Description
- HR Department Development: Establish and develop the HR function within the company, including creating policies, procedures, and systems to support the business.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process for corporate roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting performance reviews, and implementing improvement plans.
- Employee Retention & Engagement: Design and implement strategies to retain top talent, build a strong company culture, and enhance employee engagement through initiatives, programs, and events.
- Policy Development: Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Company Culture: Work closely with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture aligned with the company's values and mission.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR practices.
