The MS365 Technical Trainer Specialist will lead the development and delivery of a technical training program for employees that is focused on the Microsoft 365 applications and tools utilized within our organization. The role requires expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other related products. The MS365 Technical Trainer will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing curriculum, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Contract Duration: ongoing
Required Skills & Experience MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) Certification 3 years of equivalent work experience Strong working knowledge of MS365 applications and tools Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Exceptional customer service orientation Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Attention to detail and strong organizational skill Desired Skills & Experience 5 years of equivalent work experience CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) Certification Degree in information technology or related field Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office365 Suite Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft Edge, iOS, Android, and SharePoint 365 Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and lead training programs Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities Develop technical training programs focused on Microsoft 365 applications Design curriculum and create training materials tailored to organizational needs Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for individuals and groups Evaluate training program effectiveness and make continuous improvements Mentor other instructors on MS365 subject matter and course delivery techniques Stay updated on MS365 roadmap and releases Provide end user support for MS365 applications as needed
