Front Office associates are the first and last to meet our guests and we need to make a great impression. Hyatt Regency John Wayne Airport Newport Beach is looking for associates that will deliver that great impression.  Associates are responsible for the guest registration process and hotel communication.  Other duties include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. This important role is responsible and has a direct impact for creating the guest experience.  If you have great communication skills and love customer service then we would like to hear from you.

The following qualifications are preferred:

Work hours from 11pm - 7am including weekends and holidays Must be proficient in computers  Previous experience with Opera and Colleague Advantage or other hospitality software is an asset Great verbal and written communication skills Must have previous customer service experience Must be able to adapt and work in a diverse culture and environment Must have proven experience in making quick and efficient decisions Knowledge of a second language is an asset Responds quickly and appropriately to emergency situations Responds to any guest or security issues according to training Experience in maintaining security of confidential information, including guest registration and credit card information Composure to work effectively under pressure and to address and resolve guest problems or concerns.
