Job Description: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to join our team in Freehold, NJ. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to optimize strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and posts.
  • Conduct audience research to identify target demographics and tailor content accordingly.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
