The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our digital experience on Web and App, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

Partner with stakeholder to develop a clear digital product strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectivesCreate, execute and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key features and enhancements over timeCollaborate with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product featuresAdvocate for a user-centric approach in product development, ensuring that digital products meet the needs and expectations of our target audienceLeverage qualitative and quantitative data to make informed recommendations to the product roadmapLead product squad ceremonies through epic and feature definition, story writing and backlog groomingEffective communication of product updates, progress, and strategies to internal stakeholdersServe as a liaison between various cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Membercare, and Club Operations to gather insights and feedback for product enhancementsStay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferencesManage, coach and mentor associate product managers on the team, assist in career development


Qualifications

3-5 years of product experience, preferably focused in supporting Digital Marketing stakeholders3+ years experience in delivering digital experiences through Agile methodologiesKnowledge of digital marketing best practices, with specific experience in SEO and Retail Media channelsStrong analytical and problem solving skills - leveraging data to make informed decisionsProven ability to execute an end-to-end product lifecycleAbility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProven ability to positively negotiate, influence others and maintain effective business relationships with various cross-functional teamsPrevious experience of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from ideation to optimization
