Job Description

Join our innovative team at the forefront of video monitoring technology We are a leading company dedicated to building advanced video monitoring systems, including the hardware components such as cameras and light sensors, along with developing cutting-edge software for analysis and control.

Currently, they need a Product Manager to contribute to our mission. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work out of Atlanta, GA, combining the benefits of remote flexibility with in-person collaboration.

Position: Senior Product Manager

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions for video monitoring and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement robust solutions using Agile Methods. Developing backend components and to support video monitoring systems and related applications. Integrating third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality of our software. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented items, following best practices and coding standards. Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and mentoring junior developers. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of our software. Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to web development and video monitoring.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise. Solid understanding of industry. Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with frontend applications. Familiarity with database design and optimization, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in the video monitoring or surveillance industry. Knowledge of video streaming protocols and technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
